Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian male. Brown hair, hazel/blue eyes. Mortier wears eyeglasses with dark brown frames. He has a scar above his right eyebrow and his top teeth are crooked.

Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Mortier was last seen in Madison, Wisconsin on November 8, 2004. He has never been heard from again. His case remains unsolved.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known.
