Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian male. Brown hair, blue eyes. Vessar had long hair and a beard at the time of his disappearance, and he has a natural blonde streak in his hair.





Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Vessar was last seen in Valley, Washington on December 13, 2019. He left his home on foot and has never been heard from again. Vessar took his iPhone 7, laptop computer, and PlayStation 3 and 4 games with him when he disappeared. He may have traveled to Oregon or California after his disappearance. A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known.
