Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian male. Blond hair, brown eyes. Rostvinschii may spell his name "Rostvinsky."





Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Rostvinschii was last seen in St. Petersburg, Florida on May 29, 2018. He stopped his blue four-door car on the Sunshine Skyway Bridge at around 2:00 p.m. and was seen jumping off the side of the bridge.
Rostvinschii is a dancer from Tiraspol in the eastern European nation of Moldova. He specialized in ballroom dancing and Latin dancing, and competed for Moldova on a national level in various European countries. He moved to the United States in 2016.
At the time of his disappearance, he was a ballroom dance instructor for Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Fort Myers, Florida. His body has never been found.
