: Caucasian male. Brown hair, brown eyes. Graham has black and gray tattoos covering both arms and hands, across his chest and on back, and on his right leg. The tattoos include imAge at the time of disappearance: s of numerous skulls and numerous stars; finger bones on the back of his hand; roses on his chest; a cross, a pair of dice and the word "Luck" on his back; praying hands and the Old English letter "C" on his chest; a black widow spider on his upper arm at the shoulder; barbed wire around on his upper arm; a pocket watch and the number "804" on his upper arm; a spiderweb on his elbow; a three-leaf clover on his lower arm; a brick pattern and the word "Condemned" on one upper arm; a brick pattern and the words "By Sin" on the other upper arm; the name "Cyleigh" on the inside of his forearm; the date "1-31-01" on the inside of his wrist; and the name "Nevaeh" on the back of his hand. Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Graham was last seen at a relative's house where he lived in the 11200 block of Jefferson Davis Highway in Chesterfield, Virginia on the night of April 26, 2020. He has never been heard from again.
He had his grandmother's cellular phone with him and it pinged in the area of 288 and Jefferson Davis Highway. The phone was also used in Prince George County near Interstate 295 and Route 36, near motels and hotels. Searches of both these places turned up no indication of Graham's whereabouts. Few details are available in his case.
