Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Curry was last seen in the vicinity of the Minit Shop on Augusta Road in Warrenville, South Carolina at 2:00 p.m. on May 1, 2019. He has never been heard from again.
Investigators believe Curry was shot and killed in a residence in Aiken, South Carolina. Later in the month he disappeared, four people were arrested and charged in his case: Denzell Deshawn Jackson, Shakel Rakeem Dixon, Christian Barnwell and Altashuan Jalen Bacon. Jackson was charged with murder, kidnapping, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, trafficking meth, three counts of manufacturing or possession of a scheduled drug and four counts of possession of drugs with intent to distribute near a school. Dixon was charged with murder, kidnapping, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and two counts of failure to stop for blue lights. Barnwell was charged with accessory before the fact to a felony and accessory after the fact to a felony. Bacon was charged with accessory before the fact of a murder and accessory after the fact of a murder.
The four suspects are awaiting trial. Curry's remains have not been located, but foul play is suspected in his case due to the circumstances involved.
