Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos
: Caucasian male. Blond hair, hazel eyes. Lawrence may go by his middle name, Michael. His tongue and right nipple are pierced, his nose is pierced on the left side and his ears have gauged piercings between dime- and nickel-size. He has screws and plates implanted in his left ankle and walks with a slight limp. Lawrence has numerous tattoos on his arms, hands, legs, and neck, including: a black and red five-point star on the right side of his neck, his daughter's name "Nevaeh" on the back of his neck, the word "Hard" across the knuckles of his right hand, the word "Luck" across the knuckles of his left hand, three black ink stars in varying sizes on the tops of both hands just above his knuckles, a skull and crossbones outlined in black ink on his hand, a rose partially shaded in black on the top of his left wrist, full sleeves on his arms with various designs mainly colored black, green and red, and a devil's head on one calf.
Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Lawrence was last seen in Washington, Missouri at 5:45 p.m. on June 15, 2017. His mother picked him up at the Franklin County Sheriff's Office; he'd been arrested the previous day. He has never been heard from again. He may have traveled to California by way of Missouri, Nebraska, Wyoming and Nevada.
On June 22, Lawrence's stepfather reported that his credit card and a rifle were missing. The last time the card had been used was on June 19, in Bakersfield, California. On July 11, Lawrence's car was found abandoned south of Bakersfield. A search of the area turned up no indication of his whereabouts. His case remains unsolved. His case remains unsolved.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons. In most parts of the world, a missing person will usually be found quickly. While criminal abductions are some of the most widely reported missing person cases, these account for only 2�5% of missing children in Europe.
By contrast, some missing person cases remain unresolved for many years. Laws related to these cases are often complex since, in many jurisdictions, relatives and third parties may not deal with a person's assets until their death is considered proven by law and a formal death certificate issued. The situation, uncertainties, and lack of closure or a funeral resulting when a person goes missing may be extremely painful with long-lasting effects on family and friends.
