Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Denney was last seen in St. Charles, Missouri on February 22, 2008. His vehicle was found on the Discovery Bridge over the Missouri River on Highway 370.
There was a report that Denny jumped into the river, but no witnesses could be located and his remains have never been found.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known.
