Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian male. Black hair, hazel eyes. Lee has tattoos on his left shoulder and back.

Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Lee is from Arizona, but he was last seen in Williston, North Dakota on June 1, 2013. He borrowed a truck from a friend that day and was supposed to return it that evening, but never did. He has never been heard from again. His friend reported Lee and the truck missing the following day.
The borrowed truck was later found abandoned on privately owned farmland south of the Epping Springbrook Dam. 200 yards away, next to a creek, were Lee's boots and his socks. An extensive search of the creek and the surrounding area turned up no other sign of him, however. The circumstances of his disappearance are unclear and his case remains unsolved.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons. The situation, uncertainties, and lack of closure or a funeral resulting when a person goes missing may be extremely painful with long-lasting effects on family and friends.
